Furnace Leaking Water
- Condensation leak, condensation tubing becomes clogged.
Furnace constantly shuts off
- Short cycle.

- Thermostat fan set to on position at thermostat.
- The thermostat setting should be set to the auto and not on position.
Plumbing
Clogged drains
- Never pour grease, coffee grounds, hair down the drain.
- Consider using drain screens.
- Pour a kettle of hot water down your drain one a weekly basis.
What should I do In the event of a leak?
- Turn off water.
- A leaky faucet/running toilet will increase your water bill.
- To isolate the leaking faucet or toilet find the shut off valve and turn to the off position.
How do I prevent frozen pipes?
- Insulate exposed pipes.
- Open doors and cabinets to allow warm air to flow in to keep consistent temperature.
- Let faucets drip.
